Prices per person, excl. flight, including hotel room or finca room, including healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, transportations. The extraordinary agenda will be shared with you if you express your interest. It includes life coaching, empowerment, energy and breath work, yoga, pilates mat/reformer sessions. If you register a Golf-/Horse Riding- or Tennis-Pilates retreat it will also include golf, horse riding or tennis spaces. Start diving deeper into the effect of bodies, not only on your body, but your well-being and mental health with me.
