• Formación de instructores: Se recopilan los datos de los solicitantes y los justificantes de cualificación. La base legal es el Art. 6, apdo. 1, letra b del RGPD (Ejecución del contrato).

• Boletín informativo (Newsletter) y novedades del Club: Se recopila la dirección de correo electrónico (mediante el sistema de doble confirmación o "Double-Opt-in"). La base legal es el Art. 6, apdo. 1, letra a del RGPD (Consentimiento).

3. Alojamiento web y archivos de registro (Logfiles) Nuestra página web está alojada a través del proveedor de alojamiento Hostinger. Al visitar nuestra web, el proveedor recopila automáticamente información en los denominados archivos de registro del servidor (por ejemplo, dirección IP, fecha, hora, tipo de navegador). Estos datos se utilizan exclusivamente para la administración técnica, la seguridad y la resolución de errores del sitio web. La base legal es el Art. 6, apdo. 1, letra f del RGPD.

• Organización de retiros: Para la planificación de los retiros (Mallorca/Alemania), transmitimos los datos necesarios (por ejemplo, nombres, categoría de habitación reservada o intolerancias alimentarias, estas últimas solo tras consulta previa y expresa) a las fincas colaboradoras o a los hoteles locales. La base legal es el Art. 6, apdo. 1, letra b del RGPD.

• Clases online: Para las clases virtuales en directo utilizamos herramientas de videoconferencia como Zoom. En caso de que los datos se transfieran a los EE. UU., garantizamos la protección de tus datos mediante la adhesión de los proveedores al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) o mediante la firma de cláusulas contractuales tipo de la UE.

• Plataforma de vídeo (bajo demanda): Para permitirte el acceso a los contenidos de vídeo digitales adquiridos, almacenamos tus datos de cuenta (nombre de usuario, correo electrónico, contenidos adquiridos) de forma que se garantice tu acceso permanente. La base legal es el Art. 6, apdo. 1, letra b del RGPD.

• Online-Classes: Für virtuelle Live-Klassen nutzen wir Videokonferenz-Tools wie Zoom. Sofern Daten dabei in die USA übertragen werden, stellen wir den Schutz Ihrer Daten durch die Teilnahme der Anbieter am EU-US Data Privacy Framework (bzw. durch den Abschluss von EU-Standardvertragsklauseln) sicher.
